1. Where we are
Marigold is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is on sale yet, no payment is taken, and no contract of sale is formed by reserving.
2. What a pre-book is
Reserving records your interest in a product and holds the founding price, 25% off the stated retail price, for you until that product ships. It is not an order and not a payment. You are free to walk away at any point, and so is your money, because we never took any.
We'll do our best to honour every reservation. If something we planned turns out not to be viable, or a first run sells out, we'll tell you plainly rather than leave you waiting.
3. Prices and specifications
Prices and specifications shown are our current intent for the first production run. Where a detail changes between now and shipping, we'll tell you before asking you to buy. Where a price changes, your held founding discount still applies.
4. What our products are
Everything Marigold sells is an everyday care product. Nothing here is a medical device, a medicine, or a treatment. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition, and nothing here replaces advice from a doctor, midwife or lactation consultant.
The information on this site, including the reading section, is general background, not medical advice for you specifically. Please use it as a reason to ask a professional a better question, not as a substitute for asking one.
5. Using the site
Please don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it wholesale, or submit anything unlawful. We may remove content and block access where that happens.
6. Comments
Comments are reviewed before they appear, and we may decline to publish anything abusive, unlawful, spam, or offering medical advice to another person. By posting you're letting us publish your name and comment on the page. Your email address stays private. Ask us and we'll take your comment down.
7. Our content
The text, design and illustrations on this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to any page. Please ask before republishing a page in full.
8. Liability
We take real care over what's written here, particularly the safety notes, but we can't promise the site is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from relying on general information here in place of professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't permit it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
